Project Management – 16 HRS
Objectives:
The course will give you the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge to manage a clinical trial, from the study design, to the recruitment and project closure phase.
2 days theoretical training ( 8 hrs per day)
Training on the knowledge needed to carry out a proper financial and human resource planning.
Learning Team Management, Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management and Reporting Techniques.
Issuance of the Certificate of Attendance, after a specific evaluation test.
